BitPlastic.com scam, BitPlastic "Bitcoin Debit Card" compliants
SCAM! Beware of Dr. Moriarty! I paid 0.2BTC for a BitPlastic Card. They mailed it in a flimsy envelope marked with BitPlastic as the return address. The card was ripped out of the envelope and the pin number was written in HUGE letters. Dr. Moriarty refused to refund me stating, “We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards”. I spent nearly $200 on a card and they couldn’t even send it securely? Maybe a cardboard envelope, FedEx or even $5 Priority Mail?snarkmark
This site bit plastic stole my bitcoin and accused hackers. I have all the evidence.Antoun Toubia
This site has a foul odour and after doing some checks so do all the sites Michael Moriarty operates. His unprofessional approach and his lack of security on his site tells me 2 things.. He is just plain stupid or is trying to scam people and as you can see here its the latter of the 2.Mark

Still waiting for my refund, not impressed so far
still no refund, they have said that their is a glitch or virus in their system and it has sent the payment elsewhere and they are trying to trace. These guys are either scammers or seriously incompetent. aggster
If you want "Bitcoin debit card" the alternative is to use normal MasterCard or Visa (from your "favorite" bank) and this service (card loading fee with Bitcoin is about 7.23%). This works only with non-US cards.
Please note that Raxcard.com is also a scam.

I've not had any issues with the Bitplastic card, it does what is says on the site. Yes its not very cheap but it does work. I feel the online instructions could be more clear, say step by step. A few days ago, I drew £10 off the card and bought a box of After eight chocolates, very tasty.
